Personal Message I love teaching freelance as I work with students who are as excited about art as me! My approach is for students to "face their fears" work on there 'weaker' points in drawing, they build confidence in their skills&broadens art knowledge. Which subject(s) do you teach? I teach Fine Art within the framework of GCSE, A-level, Degree or hobby for any age.
I tailor tuition to the student's personal areas of interest whether a beginner learning the basics of drawing, and/or an individual who want's to focusing on developing a personal visual language.
Drawing - contour, shape, colour/tone, texture, structure and the relationships between form and space .
Sketchbook development - record from direct observation and personal experience, experimentation, and the use of intuition and imagination, communicate by using appropriate materials and techniques in a disciplined way, encourage visual thinking, research skills and storytelling ability through sketchbook practice.
Coaching on Cultural studies, applications forms and personal statements. As well as presentation advice such as mounting, framing for end of year shows.
