Dear London School of Coffee,
I just completed the 3 day 'How to Start a Roastery' course and I want to thank you for organising such an interesting, enjoyable course.
The content was interesting and presented by Morten Munchow in a compelling, engaging way. The organisation supporting him was exemplary in that everything from beautiful lunches to expensive machinery was seamlessly provided with no fanfare and no fuss. I can only imagine the team that made this possible so I would like to express my gratitude to them for a job very well done.
