If you like to bring your imagination to life — creating characters, inventing new worlds — then Culture Camp is your kind of place! Working with teaching artists, you will create a play, dance to your heart’s content and give shape to your wonder. Spend one whole day immersed in the world of each of Culture Camp’s five arts organizations: Minnesota Center for Book Arts (MCBA), Children’s Theatre Company (CTC), In the Heart of the Beast Puppet and Mask Theatre (HOBT), Highpoint Center for Printmaking, and Zenon Dance School. Work with artist-instructors at each site to create hands-on projects, performances, and more! Friends and family are invited to a presentation at each location each day at 2:45. Participants must provide their own transportation to each institution and bring a bag lunch each day.

Ages 6-7: “Mythical Pets and Their Friends”
Ages 8-9: “You Can Change The World”

Summer classes

by mlmck

I am looking for a series of classes over the summer months, starting sometime in June, (8 week), at an introductory level. Things I have heard of so far, Minnetonka center for arts, Northern Clay Center, Jorgenson studios, Fired-up studio, St. Paul community education, Minneapolis community education, The university of Minnesota's College of Continuing Education- are there other St. Paul colleges that readily offer arts courses over the summer, at a graduate or continuing education level? Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
