Crash course

A crash course in Quilling for Rs. 850 which includes materials worth Rs. 650 will be held at Rajakilpakam, near Tambaram Camp road. Based on request a detailed course will also be held for an hour daily. For 5 to 8 sessions they will charge Rs. 1000 which includes Quilling materials worth Rs.800

Since you're in the medical profession, cost shouldn't be a factor. Take a sampling of beginning classes: life drawing, acrylic, watercolor and oil painting, maybe a ceramics class to hone your 3D skills. Also try "Mixed Media" which can open up new avenues with respect to the process.
Most painting is about process anyway....might as well explore it.
