Children's and Teen Workshops | Visual Arts for Kids

The childrens’ program prepares children for the future by sparking their imaginations and enhancing their inherent creativity through the making of visual art.

In each summer workshop, children explore meaningful ideas and processes that lead toward authentic work in a variety of media. Class size is limited, offering each child plenty of individual attention. The children’s classes are offered in the Evelyn and Martin Siegel Children’s Workshop Building, a 1, 500-square-foot facility with a porch and courtyard area where students can work.

During our winter children’s program, parents can ski another run while their child explores the world of art with Anderson Ranch! Taught by professional art teachers, kids will learn a variety of different themed art workshops. Creative and educational projects examine a full array of artistic disciplines with this core goal: to engage, develop and inspire young artists. Daily workshops are filled with art, games, storybooks and fun!
