Our four spring courses will run for seven weeks between April 22 and June 15; participation in all scheduled sessions is ideal. Exercises will help release joints and relax muscles, as well as strengthen core muscles that support good posture. By learning to open the joints and leverage weight from the ground, students will increase their efficiency of movement. Requirements : Wear loose fitting, soft attire and bring a yoga mat if you do not feel comfortable on the floor. We will focus on reading, listening and speaking. Basic French structures and vocabulary for communication will be explored. We will have a special session on food and how to order at a restaurant, which will prepare you for our first field trip to a French café. Another field trip will be watching a movie at the French Institute. Requirements : Notebook & pen. Also, each field trip will be $13.
